Northern Illinois Outlaws
Northern Illinois Outlaws is a new Cowboy Mounted shooting club in the area, affiliated with the Cowboy Mounted Shooting association following CMSA rules and guidelines. Old pros and greenhorns who just wants to get started, find the outlaws to be the friendliest group of people. They believe that everyone should have fun and enjoy themselves while participating in this sport. Safety is the number one concern. These outlaws are good people with common sense and help people learn the sport and have a great time!
Troop 33 has attended their events and enjoyed watching this action sport of Cowboys. Our Scouts have also served placing targets for them.
- Northern Illinois University
Oak Crest Retirement Center
Oak Crest is a community offering life care living options. Individuals choosing Oak Crest may select from independent duplex or apartment homes with a future commitment for additional care and services, in the form of sheltered personal care apartments and a licensed intermediate/skilled healthcare facility.
Troop 33 has volunteered for flag ceremonies on Veteran's Day and Flag Day. It is an honor to assist in a ceremony for so many honored veterans who reside at Oak Crest.
